Abasto is an unofficial neighborhood of Buenos Aires, its name comes from an old market closed in 1984 and re-opened in 1998 as a shopping mall. Today, the neighborhood Carlos Gardel hosts artists, galleries, cultural centers, bars and theaters. Thanks to Pablo Cosgaya, the authors could reach the person who manufactured the bronze types used to print the boxes. They recovered, photographed and redrew these types to design a contemporary system. Title typography designed for digital and printed use that reminds of the Toscano type fonts.
